Refund & Cancellation Policy — DWMS by Starfield Properties

All subscription fees paid to Starfield Properties for DWMS are non-refundable. Please review the plan features carefully and use the free 7-day trial before subscribing.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a subscription plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) has been activated by Starfield Properties, the payment is considered final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances including:

Early cancellation of the subscription
Dissatisfaction with features after activation
Unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription
Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions
Accidental payment or wrong plan selection

2. Free Trial Period

All new accounts are granted a 7-day free trial with full access to the system (excluding PDF unlocking). We strongly encourage you to evaluate the system thoroughly during this period before making any payment. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial.

3. Cancellation

You may stop using DWMS at any time. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, your account will remain accessible until the end of the current paid subscription period, after which access will be discontinued. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

4. Service Interruptions

In the unlikely event of extended service downtime directly caused by Starfield Properties (exceeding 72 continuous hours), we may at our sole discretion offer a subscription extension of equivalent duration. This is not a guarantee and does not constitute a refund.

5. Shipping / Delivery Policy

DWMS is a fully digital software service. No physical goods are shipped. Subscription access is delivered digitally and activated manually by our team within 24 hours of confirmed payment. You will receive an in-app notification and an email confirmation upon activation.
